Committee recommends Monroe Tractor site plan with comments on stormwater elevations and DEC permit threshold
The review committee recommended approval of Monroe Tractor’s proposed 21,000 sqft service and sales facility in the Town of Aurelius but flagged inconsistent elevations and orifice details between plan sheets for two stormwater management facilities and reminded the applicant that disturbing more than 5 acres would require NYS DEC authorization.

The Cayuga County GML 239-l, m & n Review Committee voted to recommend approving the Monroe Tractor site plan for a new 21,000-square-foot service and sales facility on Clark Street Rd (Tax ID #114.00-1-44.1), subject to comments about stormwater plan inconsistencies. Kathleen Cuddy moved the recommendation; Brian Soper seconded the motion and it passed with all members voting AYE.
