In the work session, a presenter (S9) and DDA staff (S6) outlined a proposed mural program that would start with municipal buildings and prioritize removable or panelized installations so future rotations are feasible. S9 walked through estimated fees for an application platform, a per-application fee, publicity and an e-blast option; S6 and S9 presented a working budget that included a mural cost estimate, traffic-calming allocation and a management fee.
