Council discussed the status of development review work associated with a recent project on NE 24th Street and confirmed that major consultant expenses related to that review have largely concluded. Village Planner Christian Waterval provided the update and the Village Attorney, Pamala Ryan, explained the fee arrangement for future applications: developers must pay a $1,300 consultant fee in addition to application fees, with the Village collecting the payment and remitting it to the planner for review work.
