The Council adopted Resolution 26-02, establishing a Village policy for ethics training and the filing of state and county forms for elected officials. Councilmember Arnie Aliff moved to approve the resolution; Councilmember William Daugherty seconded. The resolution passed by a unanimous roll call vote (5-0).
