The Potter County Commissioners unanimously approved a proclamation observing National Library Week, scheduled April 19–25, 2026. Commissioner Nancy Grupp moved to approve the proclamation; Commissioner Robert Rossman seconded and the recorded vote was Grupp yes; Rossman yes; Heimel yes.
