Supervisor Smith called for a motion to appoint Deputy Town Supervisor Bango as Town Supervisor beginning June 26, 2026, and to assign new signatories for several town accounts. Councilman Phipps moved the appointment and Councilwoman Ritz seconded. On the roll call for signatory appointment, Councilman Bango abstained; the record shows four ayes and one abstention and the motion carried.
