Program update: 122 referrals, 43 admitted; board reports rising enrollments

Andrew Smith told the advisory board that the mental health court saw 122 total referrals this year, with 43 admissions and 18 active participants; referrals rose from as low as one per month earlier in the year to three or four per month recently, and four new participants were added since the last meeting.
