The Putnam County Legislature reviewed and completed the county solid waste management plan covering 2025–2034 and, after environmental review, issued a negative declaration stating the plan will not have significant adverse environmental impacts. The Department of Planning, Development and Public Transportation led the presentation and thanked Commissioner Barosa for coordinating the effort.
