The Todd County Board approved the final plat for 'Halves' submitted by Jeffrey A. & Karen J. Halverson. 'Halves' consists of two lots — Block 1, Lot 1 (approximately 2.47 acres) and Lot 2 (approximately 13.69 acres) — located in Shoreland Natural Environment and Residential-2 zoning. Approval is conditioned on new access permits from the road authority and compliance with applicable federal, state and local standards.
