Staffing strain at CAC: two forensic interviewers, full therapy caseloads and rising costs

CAC leadership told the commission that most of the center's budget supports staff and that capacity is strained. Jamie Rosso said staffing drives costs: "Our annual budget is this 865,000 is our annual budget." She noted the CAC has two full-time forensic interviewers (Brooke and part-time contractor Barb Welke) and about 10 total staff; therapists are at capacity and interviewers are fully scheduled.
