Todd County adopts 2026 Comprehensive Plan
Citing Minnesota statutes and following Planning Commission review, the Todd County Board adopted the Todd County 2026 Comprehensive Plan on Sept. 1 and directed county staff to begin implementation; Region Five Development Commission served as the plan writer.

The Todd County Board of Commissioners adopted the Todd County 2026 Comprehensive Plan after the Planning Commission completed a public hearing and recommended the plan. The board cited Minnesota Statutes 394.21 and 394.23 as authority to adopt the plan and directed county staff to implement it.
