The council adopted Resolution No. 2026-037 to support the submission of an Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) application to the Workforce Housing Tax Credit Program by Wilson Estates LLC. The motion was moved by John Marvel and seconded by Megan McFarland; the roll call listed Hawkins, Marvel, McFarland, and Hansen voting aye.
