At the Aug. 10 public hearing the Gordon County Planning Commission recommended approval of VAR-26-12, a request by Tyler Nows as attorney-in-fact for Sattler Properties LLC, to reduce the minimum lot-frontage requirement by 110.72 feet for a 44.60-acre tract on Fairmount Highway (parcel 068-021).
