Clark County Event Center presents master plan and $30M bond-funded projects
The Clark County Event Center presented a 2023 master plan update and a phased project list funded by state sales-tax credits and a proposed 30‑year bond; near-term work includes an administrative office expansion, new maintenance shop, replacement of two south halls, a covered rental pavilion, and food-service upgrades.

Amy Eirig, the managing director of events at the Clark County Event Center and Clark County Fair, presented the facility’s 2023 master plan update and a multi‑phase construction program to the La Center Neighborhood Association. She described a set of near-term projects concentrated south of the exhibition hall and said construction of the administration-office expansion is scheduled to begin Sept. 24. “The 1st thing we are doing is building the administrative office expansion,” Eirig said.
