The planning commission approved final consideration for several plats and replats collectively, including North Laredo Industrial Park Phase 7 (industrial), Lily Plaza subdivision (commercial), Alexander Commercial Phase 15 (commercial) and a residential replat in the Western Division. Staff and engineering representatives presented the plats, confirmed they meet staff comments, and commissioners voted to approve 9a–9d together.
