Interim City Manager Kevin Plockmeyer presented an update on the Community Enhancement Program (CEP), which was created through regional coordination to support assets that benefit the Holland/Zeeland area. He summarized the selection criteria the committee used to evaluate approximately 30 assets and why the committee shortlisted 12 assets for possible regional support — from Windmill Island Gardens to the Macatawa Greenway Network and harbor dredging.
