Council approves Tentative Parcel Map (TPM 1-26) for Spruce Street parcels

Principal Planner Christopher Smith presented Tentative Parcel Map (TPM 1-26) for properties at 800, 804 and 820 Spruce Street and recommended approval. The map divides the existing parcel into two separate lots — one to contain the commercial building and the other the residential units — and does not, by itself, authorize demolition or renovation.
