The Waterloo Local Schools board approved a set of personnel actions under the superintendent's recommendations, moving to issue one-year limited contracts to Jennifer Shanahan (fourth grade) and Leah Shidley (intervention specialist) and to approve the listed substitute and supplemental contracts for the 2025–26 school year.
