Council appoints Sandi Riha and administers oath
The Harpers Ferry City Council voted unanimously to appoint Sandi Riha to the council on Dec. 8, 2025; she was sworn in during the meeting. The motion to appoint was made by Tom Diggins and seconded by Daren Kaeppel.
