The Duchesne County Library Board opened its Sept. 10 special meeting at the Roosevelt Library to begin planning for 2027–2029, led by Chair Kathryn Crapo. The session reviewed recent accomplishments and laid out a public engagement plan that includes an online survey and focus groups in November.
