At the Jan. 20 meeting Supervisor Dan McGregor moved "to conditionally approve the Land Development Plan for Groff Julius, Parcel JE-91." Supervisor Harlen Anderson, Jr. seconded the motion. The minutes state the approval was conditional on the solicitor's approval of the required surety bond.
