Mrs. Adams presented MRI Construction Proposal #606 to widen the opening on the E3 Basin control structure to increase outflow capacity. "On MOTION by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Schultz, with all in favor, MRI Construction Proposal #606 to widen the opening on the E3 Basin Control Structure, in the amount of $3,500, was approved," the minutes record.
