The Garland County Quorum Court unanimously adopted Resolution R-26-02 on Jan. 12, 2026, certifying local-government endorsement of Molecular Processing, LLC to participate in the Tax Back Program authorized under Ark. Code Ann. §15-4-2706(d). Justice Jeremy Brown made the motion to adopt the resolution and Justice Micah Braughton seconded; the roll call listed 13 "Yes" votes and zero "Nay" votes.
