Board approves multiple redevelopment and infrastructure agreements, moves to executive session
The Smithville Board of Aldermen approved a consent agenda and adopted ordinances and resolutions covering legal counsel engagement, a MoDOT cost-share for US 169 and Richardson Street, redevelopment and CID agreements for the Shops at Smithville, two site plans, and adjourned to executive session under Missouri statute 610.021.
