The Town of Elbridge Planning Board on March 11 approved a site plan submitted by Mattessich Iron and issued a SEQRA negative declaration for the unlisted action. The applicant described an expansion that would add onto the larger building and remove a smaller building; the company expects to add about "10-12 jobs" in office and installer roles.
