The board reviewed and accepted a slate of resolutions from the commissioners' department that included promotions, resignations, temporary reassignments, new hires with hourly rates and effective dates, and multiple contracts for calendar year 2025. Job and Family Services presented contracts for mental-health and substance-use-disorder treatment services, including Access Counseling Services LLC (not to exceed $40,000) and Sojourner Recovery Services (not to exceed $200,000).
