The chair made a motion on the record to adjourn the public portion of the meeting at 6:36 p.m. and to convene a 20‑minute executive session beginning at 6:40 p.m.: "Can I have a motion to adjourn at 06:36 and go into executive session at 06:40 for 20 minutes?" A committee member seconded the motion and the meeting moved into executive session; one attendee was recorded saying "Aye."
