Harrison County commissioners used consent motions to approve routine fiscal and administrative items, including a line-item transfer, payment of regular bills totaling $970,994.60, and payroll for Aug. 1, 2025. Commissioners noted distribution of auction proceeds and a $2,200 check to be deposited into the sheriff’s narcotics forfeiture fund.
