Amy, the library representative, told the court that the Mary Wood Weldon Memorial Library circulated "over a 128,000 items" this fiscal year, delivered 550 programs with roughly 16,000 attendees, and saw growth in the summer reading program (939 registrants in 2026 versus 241 in 2024). She also reported that Friends of the Library donated $6,128 and $1,500 to the Dolly Parton Imagination Library program.
