Staff presented the planning commission’s annual report and noted several errors in the packet — including attendance and year labels on pages 76 and 86. Commissioners discussed the presentation format and agreed it would be acceptable to table the report to May to give staff time to review attendance records, correct date errors and consider alternate formatting (a pie chart versus a list).
