The council approved moving forward with a government support package offered by the MSU Local Government Center to share services with nearby cities; the package offers a minimum participation fee of $167 or a $3,500 package rate and would partner Colstrip with Roundup (and possibly Columbus).

Chair (speaker 2) introduced a government support package through the MSU Local Government Center that would let Colstrip partner with nearby cities to share certain services. The Chair said the arrangement would allow cities to jointly utilize services, provide a small revenue stream to the local government center and offered Roundup and Columbus as potential partners.
