Director previews RV-resort application, apartment project and industrial development
The community development director previewed several upcoming items: replats for Coleman Estates and Maples-related parcels, a special-use permit application for the Springs RV Resort at 501 North 134th, and new industrial and apartment projects (Compass Industrial Park and 120 on Oak).
