The Fayette County Board of Commissioners voted 5-0 Aug. 27 to approve Change Order #1 to Contract #2018-P (Public Works Engineer of Record) for Task Order No. 64 with consultant POND, not to exceed $512,160.20, to finish final design and complete National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements for the Sandy Creek Road at Ellison Road roundabout (Project #25TAB). The Board also approved reallocating $476,965.95 from 2017 SPLOST Project #17TAG to Project #25TAB to cover design expenses.
