At the October meeting the board recorded several formal actions across committees and departments. Key approvals included adoption of the 2026 county budget; approval of a PA 116 farmland application on behalf of Eric Boissonette; acceptance of a $30,000 donation (split $15,000 for the dive team and $15,000 for dive equipment) plus a $5,000 donation for canine purposes; release of $60,000 in 9-1-1 funds to replace the computer-aided dispatch (CAD) server; and extension of the county's audit contract.
