Ways & Means recommends OHM Advisors for Clinton County Fairgrounds master plan
After reviewing three proposals, staff recommended OHM Advisors for a fairgrounds master plan; the committee voted to recommend a contract not to exceed $31,839 (including 10% contingency) and authorized the county administrator/controller to sign necessary documents.

Administration told the committee that Matrix Engineering is completing an assessment of structures and buildings at the Clinton County Fairgrounds and that three consulting firms submitted proposals for the larger master plan. Staff recommended OHM Advisors and identified the scope of services and bid tabulation included in the packet.
