County administration asked commissioners to approve an amendment to the existing OHM Advisors contract to retain Lynn Wilson’s planning and zoning services through December 2025 while the county completes recruitment for a full‑time planning director. Administration said two staff positions are currently vacant — the director position has been vacant since June 2023 — and that the OHM arrangement provides continuity as personnel return and the county moves to hire.
