Seneca council OKs final wastewater pay request pending disbursement
The council approved paying the final invoice for the wastewater project to R & G Excavating, contingent on receipt of disbursement funds; the motion passed unanimously Sept. 8.

City Manager Amanda Born told the council the paperwork submitted by R & G Excavating represented the project's final pay application and that the city would issue the final check once disbursement money was received. The council voted to authorize the final payment conditional on receipt of those funds; Councilor Barb Northington moved and Councilor Sue Holliday seconded the motion.
