Traffic consultant Mark Healy of Traffic Concepts summarized the project's traffic impact study and identified three intersections that did not meet acceptable operating conditions under the study assumptions: MD‑22 at Carson's Run, MD‑22 at Aldino/Stepney, and Long Drive at Gilbert. Healy said the study followed required procedures—using the ITE trip generation manual and a county growth rate of 2.2% compounded over six years—and incorporated seven background developments used to model cumulative effects.
