Solid-waste staff said a new recycling-container loan program — 15 containers available for week‑long loans to event sponsors with a $77 fee/deposit — will roll out in June under MOU and contract terms cleared by the county attorney. The containers are intended to encourage event recycling and will be available on an online registration basis.
