I reviewed the draft articles and meeting materials against the transcript for spelling, clarity, chronology, framing, misinformation risk, and identification errors. The audit found a small number of issues (noted below) — primarily inconsistent spellings of participant names in the transcript — and made conservative corrections (standardized on the first clear full form where available) or flagged ambiguous items for verification in the official minutes.
