Ordinance 4399-25, addressing salary and benefits for the City of Urbana’s central staff (nonunion employees), was placed on second reading Feb. 4, 2025 after a motion by Mrs. Collier, seconded by Ms. Jumper. President Paul declared the ordinance to have had its second reading.
