Lyon County amends development code to allow trade schools as conditional use in industrial zones
The board adopted Bill 2604 amending Lyon County development code (Title 15, ch. 3.20, Table 4) to permit post‑secondary trade and technical education as a conditional use in heavy industrial zoning districts; Community Development Director Gavin Henderson said the change was a simple land‑use table update.
