The Dakota County Board of Equalization voted July 20 to adopt referee and assessor recommendations and set final valuations on 91 property protests, concluding a series of review meetings held June 22, July 6 and July 20, 2026. Board Member Reed moved that the board "set values on all protests filed with the findings and recommendations of the Assessor and Referees as discussed and agreed on at the meetings held on June 22, 2026, July 6, 2026, and July 20, 2026." The motion passed on a roll-call vote (Rodriguez-Yes; Van Berkum-Yes; Bousquet-Yes; Reed-Yes; Hohenstein-Absent).
