The Board approved selecting Patrick Farr with Mavery as the Program Manager/Owner's Representative to assist Bland ISD with managing the 2025 bond construction program and authorized the Superintendent to negotiate agreements.

The Board of Trustees voted unanimously Aug. 13 to select Patrick Farr with Mavery as the Program Manager/Owner's Representative for the district's 2025 bond construction program. Trustee Kendal Wright moved for selection and Trustee Trevor Hurst seconded the motion.
