Library director: recent plaster fall likely requires engineering assessment

The Library Director told the commission that in early August more plaster fell from a bathroom ceiling that had been repaired earlier in the spring and that temporary repairs are failing. "We did have more plaster fall from the ceiling in the bathroom," the director said, and facilities staff who inspected the roof reported no visible leaks.
