An editorial audit checked spelling, chronology, quantitative precision, and context. Where the meeting transcript or attached packet contains probable typographical errors (for example, a reserve balance dated December 31, 2026, presented at a March 31, 2026 meeting) the articles present the numbers as recorded in the materials and explicitly flag the inconsistency for verification with county records. Typographical and formatting errors in the packet text were corrected in article prose (for clarity) when they did not change substantive numeric values; the underlying numbers and dates are cited as they appear in the packet or minutes.
