The board reviewed the district's FOIA activity for the month. Presenter (Speaker 3) said the request from Lauren Schmidt for IRLA assessment material was denied because assessment questions and other copyrighted testing materials are exempt from public inspection under school-code exemptions; she told trustees that copier lease/maintenance agreements and purchase-history reports were provided where appropriate.
