The Select Board on Jan. 27 authorized Select Board member Tim Carter to complete a Small-Scale Grant application on behalf of the town. Nathan Hewitt moved that Tim complete the grant; Tim seconded and the motion "passed unanimously." The minutes state the grant is due Feb. 2 and that no town match is required.
