EMS Director Kristin Brady told supervisors the department needs a new full-time Operations and Training Coordinator to strengthen advanced clinical skills and cover staffing gaps when employees are on leave. "New ask - Full-Time position - Operations and Training Coordinator; as we are increasing our foundation of skills, they need to drill down on the higher-level skills," Brady said during the budget workshop.
