Cole County announced that the Senior Real Estate Property Tax Freeze Program is available Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers. Applicants who have completed an application should include a copy of their driver's license and their paid tax receipt and may drop materials in a dropbox outside the Collector's office. The deadline to submit an application is July 31, 2025.
